What We Do:

We specialize in the fabrication and installation of complete standing seam metal roofing systems and related components. Our work includes:

• Fabrication & Cutting: CNC brake forming and shearing of custom metal pieces

• Roofing Components to fabricate and install: Drip edge, ridge caps, H/J/Z metal, hips, valleys, coping, fascia, flashing, and open-faced downspouts

• Roof Work: Tear-offs and removal of existing roofing and substrate. Installation of double lock standing seam and SnapLok sheet metal panels

• Substrate Installation: Including ice & water, insulation, plywood and structural repair (e.g., 2x4 replacement)

• Siding Work: Repair, removal or replacement of corrugated/board and batten siding

• Skylight Work: Removal, replacement, or repair of skylights as needed

• Accessory Installation: Pipe penetrations, pipe boots, snow guards, soffit and gutters

• Equipment Use: 2-story lifts and roofing tools including mechanical/handheld seamers, tin snips, drills, impacts, rivet gun, sawzalls, tape, hand benders and a square. 

• Safety Compliance: All work is performed using required OSHA-compliant PPE, including gloves, harnesses, ropes, and fall protection

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC brake and shear to fabricate precise metal components

• Remove existing roofing systems and prepare surfaces for installation

• Install plywood, underlayment, and structural framing as needed

• Install standing seam panels and all trim/accessory metal components

• Perform repairs and installation involving skylights, pipe boots, and penetrations

• Assist with the installation of soffits, gutters, snow guards, and insulation

• Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely and correctly

• Follow OSHA safety regulations and use proper PPE at all times

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Work efficiently as part of a team while meeting project deadlines

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring both experienced roofers and motivated individuals with no experience who are ready to learn. If you’ve worked with metal, roofing, or in construction before, that’s a plus—but not required.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Roofing or construction experience (preferred, not required)

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Comfort working outdoors and at heights

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• A desire to learn and grow in the trade
